What does EMR mean for me as a patient?

EMR stands for Electronic Management Records. What that means is that, as in most clinics around the world, we will no longer be using paper charts. All records will be electronic going forward while still being able to offer the same amazing confidential and anonymous services we are known for.

All records are kept on a secure and encrypted server, regulated by the same laws as all clinics and health care workers are regulated by. This also means faster turn around time for results, different ways of scheduling appointments (only applicable to the Womens Clinic), new ways of getting results, and the ability to facilitate faster visits.

Please be patient with us as we work out all the kinks of the new system, and adapt this transformation in a way that is better for all people involved, and a much better patient experience.
